1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following words carry the meanings defined below:

• "Tawan Pridi," "we," "us," or "our" — the educational service provider operating at 18 Witthayu Road, Lumphini, Bangkok 10330, Thailand.
• "Service" — the financial education programmes, sessions, materials, and website offered by Tawan Pridi.
• "User" or "you" — any person accessing our website or enrolling in our programmes.
• "Programme" — any educational course or session offered by Tawan Pridi, including Banking Products Orientation, Healthcare Cost Preparation, and Integrated Financial Life Plan.
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
• "Content" — all educational materials, written content, frameworks, and resources provided through our Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. Our programmes are designed for adults aged 40 and above, though we welcome any adult who finds our content relevant to their financial planning needs.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website or enrolling in our programmes.

3. Service Description

Tawan Pridi provides in-person financial education programmes for adults in Bangkok, Thailand. Our current programmes include:

Programme content, schedules, and pricing are subject to change. We will notify enrolled participants of any material changes in advance.

4. Enrolment and Registration

To enrol in a programme, you may submit an enquiry through our website or contact us directly by phone or email. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from Tawan Pridi.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information. Please inform us promptly of any changes to your contact details.

Each programme has a limited number of places to maintain a personalised learning environment. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

As a participant or website visitor, you agree to:

• Use our website and programmes for lawful, personal purposes only
• Treat other participants, facilitators, and staff with courtesy and respect
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our educational materials without prior written consent
• Not use our website to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or services
• Attend sessions punctually and engage with the material in good faith

Tawan Pridi reserves the right to withdraw programme access from any participant who behaves in a manner that disrupts the learning environment or violates these responsibilities.

6. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, frameworks, website content, and programme designs are the intellectual property of Tawan Pridi unless otherwise stated. This includes session handouts, worksheets, planning templates, and any other materials provided to participants.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use materials provided during your enrolled programme for your own financial planning purposes. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute these materials without our written consent.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used to improve our programmes without obligation to you.

7. Payment Terms

Programme fees are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is due in full prior to the first session unless a written payment arrangement has been agreed.

We accept payment by bank transfer to our designated account. Details will be provided upon enrolment confirmation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation 14 or more days before the first session: Full refund, less a ฿500 administrative handling fee.
• Cancellation 7–13 days before the first session: 50% refund of the programme fee.
• Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the first session: No refund, though participants may defer to a future programme date, subject to availability.
• No-shows without prior notice: No refund or deferral will be offered.
• Programme cancellation by Tawan Pridi: Full refund within 14 business days.

8. Disclaimers

Our programmes provide general financial education and do not constitute regulated financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or medical advice. Content is provided for informational purposes to help participants develop their own financial understanding.

We encourage participants to consult qualified professionals — such as licensed financial advisors, tax specialists, or legal counsel — before making significant financial decisions.

Our Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not make any representations that programme content will be error-free or that participation will produce any particular financial outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Tawan Pridi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our Service or educational materials.

In no event shall our total liability to any participant exceed the amount paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tawan Pridi, its staff, and associates harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our Service or materials.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the participant agreement with written notice. Our cancellation and refund policy (Section 7) applies in such cases.

Tawan Pridi reserves the right to withdraw a participant from a programme without refund if their conduct materially disrupts the programme or violates these Terms, including behaviour that is harmful, disrespectful, or contrary to the spirit of the learning environment.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly so we may seek to resolve the matter informally and promptly. Most concerns can be addressed through open dialogue.

For consumer matters, you may also seek assistance from the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) of Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tawan Pridi.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.
• Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict with a translated version, the English text shall prevail.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the date at the top of this page. For enrolled participants, we will provide notice of material changes by email where possible.

Continued use of our website or participation in our programmes after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
